Review: Four to Eight

The other day I met my lady friend after work for a drink or two, I can’t remember why, but I’m sure we probably had some reason or other.

After the drinks one of us must have gone: “Hmm, by the time we get home it’s going to be a bit late to cook, shall we just bloody grab the hell out of some food now?” and the other one must have been like: “Yeah, OK.”

I think we looked at the OpenTable app, and I think we looked for deals, and I think that’s why we ended up at Four to Eight.

They did some sort of deal involving three courses and a glass of Prosecco for £22.

A quick glance the Four to Eight website describes it as “Beautiful, Simple Dining.”

Here are some pictures:

Crispy pigs head

That’s one of the starters, crispy, pigs head. I know this because I have a picture of the menu and that’s the first photo.

Calves liver

That’s some calves liver, I think it was alright.

Gnocchi?

Yeah, that doesn’t look very nice.

I don’t have pictures of the desserts, but I do remember my woman companion having some cheese that made her want to vomit.

All in all a waste of time.
